Aramis Ramirez smacked 2 homeruns and had 7 RBI as the Dominican Republicans
outscored the Santa Fe Trailer Bitches 14 to 9.
Ramirez really 'lit it up' for Dominican. He lofted a three-run 'big-fly' in
the 1st inning and rifled a three-run blast (his 22nd of the season) in the
7th inning. This was a game of many highs and lows for the home town fans,
as the lead kept changing - 5 times in all.
Glendon Rusch(3-4) went 2 and 1/3 innings allowing 1 run for the victory. Jake
Westbrook(6-5) was the loser in relief. He allowed 3 runs and 3 hits in 4
innings.
